Title: Now we know!!!

As many of you know, my wife andI are expecting our first child.  Well, we had the ultrasound Friday and found out we will be having a little girl!  I have heard people talk about how kids change your life.  I never imagined how it would affect me.  But, when the girl doing the ultrasound said it was girl, the thoughts that went through my head were unreal.  I didn't even hear what else she had to say I was thinking about so many things.  I can't wait to see what the next 5 months or so will bring until she gets here.

That precious baby girl that I held in my arms just turned 25 and is halfway through medical school.  I love her more than she'll ever know.

Congrats Patrick....like Bullock said, I have 3 dauters also....and there is nothing like the bond !
Son, the moment she is born, it will overcome you I guarantee it, you will feel it from head to toe.

Congratlutions and hope all goes well for your and your family.  There's nothing that compares to holding your little girl.  She'll have you wrapped around her finger in no time.  My baby girl graduates from high school this week.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I'm enjoying the moment now, but also can't help but to look ahead and wonder what it will all be like.
