Saute them bad boys in some Butter. Not margarine, BUTTER!!!!

Agree with the butter!
I dredge mine in buttermilk then roll in flour and fry in butter when I want them fried.
They are good sauted on steaks & burgers too!!!

Oooh my goodness, my wife makes a killer alfredo sauce and she slices up the morels long ways and sautes them in a little butter and tosses them in the alfredo, Served over pasta RkLu. The only thing better is a nice juicey T-bone hidden under a pile of sauted morels.

Butter and a little garlic powder works for me. Bill

Egg wash then seasoned flour then fry. Invite West Augusta.
That last one is the most important step. ;D

Found a neat way to season my turkey fingers this year. Works well for the 'shrooms to. Egg wash, COAT WITH A LITTLE JERKY SEASONING of your choice. Roll in flour with alittle salt and pepper. Fry em up. The jerky seasonings are super easy to use and already blended. Go alittle lite on the shrooms as to not overwhelm the good moocher flavor. I always season then roll in flour. Some seasoning burn at low temps so this protects them abit. The cayjun was especially good! ;)
