Title: Black Poplar Mississippi Scratch Box

Last winter I had just enough wood for a unique Mississippi Scratch Box from black poplar.  When I finished it, I decided to hunt with it this spring.  It has been the downfall of three nice longbeards so far this spring.  It has taken a beating in my vest pocket with a striker or two but that just gives it "character."

Ya cant beat that mineral stained poplar that's a nice scratcher.
