Title: Pair of hen boxes

For the last couple of weeks I haven't had a lot of time to get into the shop, have been busy getting set back up and working out of town, packing and moving and all. Here are a couple of hen boxes I finished up yesterday, got the chalk boxes done and they are tuned and ready to go. These are Snake wood over Teak and it is one of my favorite combos in this style of box. It sure felt good to get back in the shop, got the wiring done,benches in, tools all positioned, almost ready to rock and roll again!  ;D Thanks for looking, Dave

Hey there Dave...your work always brings a smile :D...so good to hear your making saw dust once again and I am sure it does your heart and mind much good!  Really top notch work *up* and it appears you never skipped beat as a result of the down time.  You are correct, that is a beautiful combo and I know the sound is there too!
