All I can say about these 2 turkey calls is "WOW"! I contacted Richard a short time ago about him building me a couple of turkey calls most specifically a hen box since I didn't have one in my call collection and since Porter and some others here on the Forum have been getting some nice calls from Richard and other callmakers. I really like the looks of that Koa hen box, the grain and swirl are very beautiful in that wood. The slate call is another beauty also a match to a glass call he did for me earlier made from some wood called Palander. Not sure if this is the correct spelling but I like this wood and it makes a great pot call. Can't wait to try these calls out in Virginia. Thanks again Richard for doing a great job on these turkey "KILLERS".

Wow, magnificant looking wood and a nice complimentary package. I think this is one of the purdiest looking strikers out there. Looks like she'll sit quite comfortably in the fingers. Great work there! *up*
