Title: Reduce sound files??

I made a few sound files of some new calls I made, but the file size is WAY TOO BIG *aah* to upload, does anyone know how to reduce the size of these so I can post?  Really appreciate the help.  If you want, send me an email at witterdesign@gmail.com and thanks!
