Title: Does anyone have a ATV Pipe silencer on a quad? Does it really work?
Post by: Shadowturkeycaller on March 26, 2011, 12:16:54 PM
Has anyone ever put a Koplin exhaust silencer on thier ATV or any other brand.
They claim to cut noise down by 50%

Anyone know if they work???

Thanks

Gregg

I bought A Benz Silent muffler, and put it on my Honda Rubicon....It works great...Reduces muffler noise, and very little,if any power loss! I only use it during turkey season...I have one piece of property that I hunt, and its several miles to it behind A locked gate.I have A key to the gate, but my truck wont make it thru some of the bad mud holes,so it comes in handy for that...The smaller tracks that I hunt,I just walk!...But I was suprised at how much game you can ride up on...One morning,I cut the bike off in the predawn, and A tom started gobblin less than A hundred yds away!
