Title: The "MISSING LINK"
Post by: GR8CALLS on March 24, 2011, 07:36:57 PM
These two calls may just put a new twist in turkey calls. I don't have all the particulars.....Mr. Whitt is being tight lipped....but he played them for me and, well, they are impressive.... *up* *up* *up* *up* *up*

Named the "Missing Link" by Irving, the first picture is of his Prototype. The second photo is of the #1 call. Both are Mahogany bodies w/ Maple end blocks and Purple
Heart lids, with Purple Heart inlays. Mahogany inlay on the lids.

Here is a different version of the same call done in my "Classic" design. The call posted by Bill is far from any "Cost" call other than looks .

This pic will give an idea of the size of the call compared to a Cost call. One other thing that sets this call apart from a Cost style call is the new design has straight sides like a Turpin Hen box. And the new style will fit most holsters that a Cost style fits in.
