Well folks, as a number of you know I'm returning to Graduate School this Fall. I had a few programs to consider and I made my final decision as to where I'm going this week.
So as of this Fall, I'm going to have to divide my loyalties up a bit. My heart will always be a Tiger, but you have to support your school. So in addition to purple and gold, I decided to start bleeding some green too..

Its not been easy, I actually started back in 09' with some pre-req courses I needed plus I had to remediate some courses since it had been more than 10 years since I had last been in college.
Going back as an adult is actually much better. You know how to manage your time and are more focused. I find myself laughing at some of the young students I've taken class with because they complain of how tough things are and they just have no clue.
But dont convince yourself you cant do it, I've worked full time and managed school and a family. It can be done, you simply have to be sure you focus on a balance of work, school, family, and fun...

I didn't go back till I was 30! It was easier in my opinion except for the demands on time. Manage time and it is not that hard!
