Title: 2 From Blackfalcon....
Post by: GR8CALLS on February 10, 2011, 06:15:05 PM: .....with Dave's permission, I am posting photos of two trumpets he is building for me.

First is a Black Ash Burl and Ivory trumpet. This piece of wood had some sap on one end that I suggested Dave use as the bell end. It really turned out nice..

Next, is a Buckeye Burl and Ivory trumpet with a brass ring on the barrel. There isn't enough I can say about this one....I just start drooling all over the key board!
