Title: EBAY CALLS
Post by: JOBUGG on January 22, 2011, 03:17:45 PM
Has anybody seen the prices of calls lately, I guess I need to start ordering 2 at a time and selling one, then I'll get one free!

Call makers remember who is placing orders for calls and then turning them for a profit. Don't get caught up in this.....it will come back to bite you in the A. S. S.!

I'm joking, but a guy just got some of Darrins calls and is trying to sell them over double the price...Crazy, I'd hate to be the sucker that bought them.

Bill is right, I was talking with a call maker the other day and he notices those calls on ebay, but I would stay away from them myself, unless I knew the person.  You never know what that person has done to the call.......I'll just wait for mine......

I would rather have my money go to the man that made the call.

I watch ebay pretty regular... what specifically are you all talking about.  I haven't really seen many calls on there that would normally generate much interest... I mean a few here and there but very few.

I have also thought the sale prices have ranged from very poor to reasonable.  Haven't seen any great inflation.  I must be missing something.

One guy has two Darrin Dawkins short box calls listed. He just got them from Darrin. He is asking $395 Each for them.

I have been hearing of the crazy items on eBay.  I haven't had time to watch it very close lately.

I talked to a very respectable call maker once.  He has everything documented and he knows who has put them up for sale on ebay.  They never get back on his list once this happens!
