Title: acrylester.....
Post by: muddpuppi on January 20, 2011, 09:00:58 PM: well i had a request wanting to know if i could do a trumpet in acrylic...not having tried it before i bought some and tried one tonight out of i color i liked...so anyway this is what i came out with...its copper acrylester with a copper ferule and horn mouthpiece...and i tell ya what she plays with ease and sounds sweeeet....

I would imagine the Carbide tools would cut down on the *poo* >!! >!! *poo* >!! ;D ;D ;D

Great Lookin Caller though.

Jeff i actually had better results with my standard tools...the carbide cut way to fast and was a lil harder to cotrol...the pain part is just roughing it...
