Title: Mt Goat horn yelper
Post by: Gitzit69 on December 16, 2010, 05:21:03 PM
I finished this one up a few weeks back. This was my last piece of Mt Goat horn and I wanted to make myself a call from it. The bell is Mt Goat, the accents are Musk Ox, the center was turned and shaped out of some steer horn and the mouth piece is hen wing bone.

It has great sound, with plenty of volume when needed. I didn't think it would get loud because of the capped end, but it's capable.  RkLu

Great looking call! Although, the cap on the end reminds me of what Arnie Jonathan (ajwingboner) does w/ his calls.

Yeah he does the track and Pappy does a few as well. I've had this done for a couple of weeks except for the track. I wanted something different than the other guys but just kept coming back to the track.
