was the cause of my first major injury in basketball. Yep I got outran by her today and I just tried way too hard. She blew by me and I turned real quick to catch her.
Right now my right leg is pretty much useless. I heard a big pop and I'm thinking I popped some bone out of place, but the guys around me said it sounded like a muscle giving out. Not real sure, but go in to the trainer tomorrow. I'll let them look first and then see what gives.
Climbing stairs are almost impossible right now. I can walk stiff legged, but bending my knee causes a lot of pain :(
I'm not sure how I always end up guarding the fastest person on the court. I'm just a bit faster than a turtle. I was having a good game until I got hurt. I just hope they can pop it back in place tomorrow!
I think I'm getting way too old!!!

My knee did that 2 yrs ago. Torn meniscus! I have had 2 surgery's and I get around but running is out. Hope this is not happening to you.
