Title: Two Illinois Hoss Bucks

Not much moving today but I did get to see two real good bucks.Beleive it or not, these two were less than 20 yards apart- each with a doe but keeping an eye on each other. They weren't coming any closer to me so I never could get a real clear shot of either bucks. The last two photos is one of the widest rack bucks I've seen in a long time. He's a dandy for sure!

Excellent pics ,Shad ,,,,,as alaways . I do like the way you ''plan out'' a photo. That rubbed saplin' in the last pic really sets it off .Congrats.

Most folks will hunt their entire lifetime without seeing a buck like that during daylight hours.   Pretty awesome...

It is very cool that you got the rub tree in the foreground on the last picture, adds that extra sense of drama to the scene.. *up*
