Title: Gonna be a good day!

Headed out in the woods for a little bit in the morning chasing deer & turkeys. Then headed to a buddies house for the day. Took the smoker out there last night, split some apple wood, put the pork in a brine, and the deer in marinade. MMMMMMMMMM can't wait to eat  RkLu

Oh my... best of luck... don't watch hunting shows and type at the same type... yes I was watching DUCK hunting...

It's been a long day...  Hitting the sack and hope to go out in the morning if it's not raining!

Well, it rained most all day so no pictures of birds or deer. The just weren't moving today. I put my camera away and forgot to take pictures of the meat.... I know, how could a photographer forget to take pictures?!?!?!?!  *peep*

Anyway, the pork was AWESOME as always and the deer came out as tender as a filet mignon and flavor of a fine steak! It was the best deer I've ever had. Out of 10 lbs of deer & 5 of pork, only a few pieces remain. Even people that don't like deer at it like steak. If you want a good deer or pork recipe, I found some winners  RkLu
