Title: Bar-B-Q Nacho's

smoked barbecue pork butt  (slow smoked for 24 hours)
barbecue sauce-Jack Daniels or Sweet Baby Ray's
rotel cheese dip
nacho chips
sour cream, jalapeņos

rotel cheese dip is velveeta chesse and rotel tomatoes-drain rotel, chop cheese in bowl mix together and microwave till melted

Place chips on a platter and spread pulled pork on the corn chips and then add rotel cheese dip and sour cream and jalapeņos

Folks, tried this yesterday for first time and had my doubts, but it is awesome!

I never drain the rotel when I use it and it still comes out great, just has a little extra "kick". *up*
