I was messing around with some scrap wood and ended up making these. They are small calls.  Nara and Ebony, Maple and PuprleHeart, Holly and Ipe.

the Nara call is only 8 inches long including the handle, with a high pitch.  The wood wasn't long enough to make a full size call and the Ebony lid was a lid that I had drilled the set hole off center, but i did get a pretty good sound out of them and will hunt with the Maple wood one this fall, super high KeeKee and nasty high yelp on the right side with a nice even yelp on the left.

Richard those look cool.  Knowing you, they sound darn good too! 

So now, are those calls really small or is that hand really big!!!
