Hope all my friends in Ohio weathered those storms last night. Heard about the tornados on the way to work this morning. Going to give them a call later this evening.

Had bad information, talked with a friend in Ohio and not even much rain lately. Thank goodness!

Not much rain is an understatement . The soil looks like sand around here now ! We haven't had even an inch of rain for over 8 weeks now. It is hot and dry !! This is the first year I've seen farmers harvesting their corn BRFORE the soybeans are even ready . The stalks are so dry that their quality as poor and a good wind storm can flatten hundreds of acres of corn in just minutes, so farmers are getting it out first. That'll be good for us deer hunters !
