Title: Goulds Gobbler back from the Taxidermist...

Well after a few months of waiting, I picked up the Goulds gobbler today.  I went with the half strut pose with the bird gobbling, it was my last memory before squeezing the trigger.  The taxidermist got him almost perfectly as I remembered him.  Having had the opportunity to compare the Goulds side by side with an Eastern mount, I find the body feathers of the Goulds not quite as irridescent as Eastern and Osceola birds.  Notice the black colored toes in the final pic, Lovett Williams says its a characteristic distinctive only to the Goulds.  Hope you like the pics..
