Title: new picture from google earth---who is it ??

Sense ole Porter is versed with the use of google earth---I had a IT guy peruse Google Earth today here at work. It only took 7 minutes for him to find a fellow Missouri'an dressed in drag.
 Dont know if he is mimicking his idol from past television shows....or he was caught by the magic satellite at one of those section 8 rallies out there in California.

He looks familuar to me but I just cannot put the face with where I have seen this guy. Can anyone help me out here!!  ??? ;D :D
