Title: Interesting Call

I know Jeff Post the Antique Cypress with Cherry Paddle when I got it but I have never seen a call quite like this. Most calls get better after a few months. But this call is unbelievable! It continues to get better and better. That Cypress is special! Sounds as good as a long box. Can gently whisper or reach out and get um! Kee Kee with any long box I have heard! Play it for Bruce and Richard often and they are amazed!

Thanks for all the kind words ====I am gald that call is working out for ya Mike. I flat out like that wood and it has a real neat history to it also.
I made me one with walnut lid and nase and it sounds great too !!!

there is another story behing this call----I built it and sent it to Mike and he called asking about a nail that was in the call. I had never seen it building it and tuning it. Also this nail has the habit of moving around in this box---at times it is recessed and you cannot see it--then at other times it is protruding out in the inside of the sound chamber but you cannot get hold of it.
I told him it was demonic and I was going to send him a string of garlic to hang close to it!!!!!
