Title: 1st all Ivory yelper
Post by: trumpetturner on July 10, 2010, 09:50:54 AM: Here is my first all ivory yelper. It was commissioned by one of our Roost members. I am very honored to have done this for him. It is a beautiful piece of ivory. The trumpet section and the mouthpiece were cut from the same tusk. It incorporates a titanium ferrule and sterling silver lanyard adjustments. It also has the first of my rose engine work incorporated into a call as can be seen the close up of the ivory bead on the lanyard.
