Title: Gettin' packed up....

Well, this is the last day for the packing, tomorrow the movers come in and load it all up. I'll be leaving for Oregon then. Looking forward to getting to see my grandson regularly AND the cooler temps  :)

No more computer after this morning, until settled in Oregon.

Almost zero hour, shut down coming soon. We forget how attached to friends we've made online are at times. Until we have to do without....

Yes, I'll start turning once settled in Oregon. Even looking into buying a bigger lathe then. The packers looked at me like I was nuts when I pointed out the wood they'll need to box up LOL But I figure it's worth the cost of 60 cents a pound to have it hauled to Oregon.

I'll be baaaaaaaaaaaaack ;)

Made it to Oregon! A 2700 mile trip seems to last forever. Settling in now but still lots to get done (like unpacking everything). Am enjoying these cooler temperatures and have to chuckle at the 'natives' bundled up in hoodies lol

66 degrees and my daughter said I better bring a hoodie to wear out shopping..... yeah, right! Got so hot I took it off. I'm enjoying the LOW temps :)
