Title: Almost there
Post by: misfire on May 31, 2010, 10:34:02 PM
Got some more done. The first is an amboyna burl barrel, thuya burl band and pink ivory insert

Next is a cocobolo call with elk antler accents

Decided to make a change on the yellowbox burl call and swap out the cocobol insert for a kingwood insert. I like this one better

Lee those look wonderful...  never did get into duck hunting, but if I did... I'd be really addicted to collecting duck calls too!

My advice is DO NOT start either *aah* Dadgum if people only knew what I spent each year just to shoot those nasty little things!!!! But I do enjoy the sport and making duck calls too.
