She has vertical vertigo. Test after test and finally we know what it is. Some of her "crystals" in her ear have moved and are in the wrong place. She's going through therapy to help motivate them to get back to the right place.
According to our doctor, she may be stuck with this for the rest of her life...
It's been a struggle the last two months. She's fell I don't know how many times and watching her look like she's drunk has been no fun.
Now off to therapy and hopefully get her issues resolved!
At least we do not why she has been fainting and falling now though!

A friend of mine was diagnosed with a similar condition last year. After the "adjustment" she's been fine.
Hopefully your wifes treatment will be a success as well...

I wish you and your wife the best. I know 2 people in particular that suffer from the same problem. It is not fun at all. I too, have episodes of vertigo from time to time and I tell you it is scary. Doctor says not much to do about it. Take care of your wife and I'll pray for her.

Prayers from up here. When I was 15 we were playing volley ball at church. I jumped forward to hit the ball, pumped it, hit the deck n rose up really fast. 3 seconds go by and my vision went wacked. I barely made it 150 yards to our house and heaved my guts out. It happened to me at least 3 times. I used to start getting dizzy and would have to focus hard on something to stop getting sick. Praying the whole time that I wouldnt get sick in skool and throw up on people. It was rough. If hers was anything like what happened to me, I feel for her, big time.

Mike, hope everything gets better real soon with your wife. we'll keep you in our *prayer* friend!!

Thats about the best news you guys could have got there Mike. Remember my story about my wife and them chasing tumors and the like----and then it turned out to be a viral problem with her inner ear. It can cause some very confusing conditions. Medicine will regulate the issues she is having. I am glad she is not facing a serious issue Mike.
Just make sure she keeps her meds current and with her at all times now ---thats the problem I have with my BLONDS wife still !!!
Sorry she is facing this -but she can deal with it not that you guys know whats up.
Give her my wishes !!

Will be praying for her recovery.
