Don't quite understand your question but I think you are asking what is the hen communicating? If so I have heard it with a hen locating other birds. You don't hear that yelp, cluck sequence often but I have heard it.

So that was a Gobbler....on the Roost! Interesting. have heard hens do it late in the day as well as jakes on the ground but can't say I've heard thatfrom a roosting bird.

My guess was it wasa hen looking for some company, but I would have never thought it was a gobbler!! *cool*
