I was able to go down to Sumter County for opening weekend, plus a few "extra" days thrown in to boot. I didn't have much luck @ Green Swamp, but on the private land where I was camping I scored my first Osceola. He had a ten inch beard, one inch spurs. He weighed a whopping 22.8 lbs which makes me wonder weather he was a "true" Osceola, or maybe a hybrid. It was a great trip, and I had forgotten just how hard it was to get dressed in a tent.
