Jim, pastored Grosse Tete Baptist several years back and fished all around there. It was fantastic. Love them specs.

Hey Jim,

Nice outfit and nice mess of fish.  I just got into fly fishing the first of this year and love it.  Going to the San Juan river in New Mexico in October.

I'm up in the hill country just west of Natchitoches.  We ought to get together sometime.

Jim, the northern tip of tampa Bay, is CHUCK FULL O TARPON and REDS, you could walk across the bay on they're backs. I maen, CHUCK FULL... Tight Lines...

Spur,
That is something I've never done - the Tarpon thing - I think shallow water sight fishing for 'em has got to be one of the ultimates on the list ... RkLu RkLu
... this is where if we had a "green with envy" smiley thing, I would have put up at least a couple of few of 'em ... ROTFLMBO ROTFLMBO

So, J R, where are you located in Louisiana?

... the "fishin' camp" is down in south central LA, sorta' in the Houma area - just enough to the west of the Cocodrie area to be outta' the crowds ... *cheers*

I've fished Coco a few times, when in Louisiana I do most of my fishing out of Cypremort Point...
