Title: Its only Wed night and I am already worthless-saeson starts for me Monday
Post by: jmck on March 10, 2010, 08:33:14 PM: Man...it gets worse every year...no doubt ...but I love it. After almost 30 years of chasing these GLORIOUS birds --it just keeps on getting better. I just turned the corner on my 49th year and this all consuming desire and compulsion just gets worse every year. I am like a kid at Christmas when this time of year rolls around.Heck-at this point all the Toyota problems are in the back of my mind---probablly good. The weather is getting alot better here and the last two mornings I have even been listening to birds hammering on the way to work. I can;t get at em fast enough. Along with my excitement to get started on doing my part for the population problems where I hunt---I have another problem I share with alot of ya'll. I am going to sound like Jim or Porter or Rickey walking through the woods carrying alkl those treasure I have got this year from the great callmakers here. I have got so many I want to roll one with===I am goping to be in a pickle to try to keep the vest to where I can get around.
I appreciate the calls and moreover the friendships I have made on this best forum there is in our sport.
Don't want to rub it in...but hopefully Monday morning will be the start of another memorable chasing these grand birds.
HOPE ALL YOU GUYS HAVE A GREAT DAY AT WORK----just wanted to leave ya with something to think about while I am calling too much and calling too loud. *up*
