 Here is a sample of my shortbox. This one is in poplar/walnut, one of my favorite combinations. I also make them in walnut/walnut as well as walnut/spanish cedar. I am taking orders now and should be able to fill most of them by turkey season. This is a great call to take hunting. It has a nice high pitch with a sweet break over. This is an affordable call too at only $ 45.00 + shipping. Let me know if you would like to get one of these callers. I only make a few each season. Thanks for looking

 Thanks everybody for the nice comments. I am using some really nice antique walnut on these calls along with poplar sides they really talk turkey!!
