Title: rework ferrules and new style

I revamped ferrule on the older style and been working out a more sleek design, somewhat simpler style.

Mike
The old style are Bloodwood, Holly and Kingswood. The new style are Snakewood, Cocobolo, Kigswood and Poorman Macassar Ebony (called Guapinollilo)
