Mike, that dogwood is a very good wood for calls.So far its my favorite for making slates.Just built another one tonight, sold the one above. Funny you like osage cause thats what I built the striker top out of to go with it.... *cool*

Here is a soundfile I made to demonstrate the yelps on the zebrawood call at the top.This little call will scream..... ;)

Turned this little dogwood slate over glass tonight with an Osage/rosewood two piece striker. *gobble* Hope yall like.... I'll post a soundfile when she's dried up good tomorrow....
