Guys,
How many of you have a spouse or significant other that is "a hunter", hunts with you often?
How do you men feel about the growing number of women in the hunting sport? I for one am all for it and encourage women to get out there.
Just curious.---Jason

Darla has hunted with me several times. She has been on bear, deer, and turkey hunts. She loves to shoot shotguns and her .243 rifle. I`m all for ladies in the hunting sports!

I have two Daughters that have grown up hunting with me. They have both been successful hunters. I enjoy watching them hunt more than anything. My youngest is 13 and she can hunt harder than most grown men I know.

My wife has absolutely no interest in the outdoors, she's fished with me a time or two but has never been hunting. Perhaps my daughter will have an interest, but only time will tell...

Dang Greg, she got a sister? My girlfriend has been complaining about the little time I got duck hunting, I have told her in no uncertain terms that although I like duck hunting, I LOVE turkey hunting and dont expect to see me during that time.

My wife wants to go deer hunting with me but child care is a problem. She said she wanted to turkey hunt with me a few years back so I set her up with camo, snake boots, a seat, and a backpack with a water bladder. The area I was hunting required about a one mile hike to get away from the crowds on public land. After our hike in we sat down just to let everything settle in. About 10 min later 2 guys just strolled past us talking load enough to wake the dead. I stood up and let them know we were there. Those idiots nodded and kept walking right into the area we were hunting. >:(
So I gave it about 15 min then we started doing some test patterns on some sage brush near by. *up*
Now she won't go back with me, she said it was to much work. ROTFLMBO ROTFLMBO

my wife loves to hunt! Her first kill was a 6 X 6 Bull Elk and it has been non stop ever since..........! In her first year of hunting w/ me she took her first slam of turkeys and has had seven since then. The hardest thing for me is when I get invited to go on a hunt and she has to stay home............passed up quite a few hunts...........not the same going with out her! *up* *up* *up*
