Title: West Augusta in West Virginia
Post by: West Augusta on May 11, 2022, 09:22:16 AM
It took a while to get a bird that wanted to play a little here in West Virginia but DANG, did I find one.

I set up WAY too close to the roost this morning.  Only a good sized red oak between a gobbler that I have been chasing all season and two hens.  He pitched off the roost high, the hens pitched off low.  I gave a few yelps and clucks on a Firedup Yelp R and one of the hens went nuts.  He soon came after her.  I was in the way.  LOL
