Title: a TJ Johnson pot call thats strong

Guys, here is a little gem from a maker that is really on the right road. This is a Padauk Slate caller from TJ Johnson. TJ is know for his rather large stature *peep*, but the ole boy is making a really SWEET pot caller. He played glass, Crystals and Slates for me--I sware , I couldn't decide what I wanted--they all sounded great and very close to the same. Thanks for the killer call TJ, promise , a few birds are going to die with this gem of a call. The caller is so sweet soft , and also has the poud in it if you want it also...full of pure turkey tone  *up*

Got one of his crystal pots and its for real.  I'm just glad he didn't "stripe" it.  *lol*

I just ordered a yellowheart with green slate from TJ. He played me glass, Crystal, slate, and green slate. They were all killer calls. He is well on his way, in the call making world. Can't wait until I get mine from him.

TJ sent me a bunch of sound files of his pots and it is difficult to select just one.  He is making me a slate now but his crystal calls are very impressive.  Cant wait to get mine in a couple of weeks.

I just received a zebrawood slate over glass from TJ and it is awesome. *up* *up*
