Title: Called one in for my wonderful wife!

Got home from work this morning at about 7:30 and my wife and I decided to head out to the woods.  We took our time and had coffee and eggs first.  We weren't even 200 yds from the truck when this guy sounded off.  Quickly we found a tree to sit against and I started yelping on my trumpet.  The gobbler came in strutting and spittin'an'drummin.  He had a hen with her that got withing 5 yds of us.  She began to spook a bit and just as he lifted his head Sondra let him have it about 25 yds away.  The entire hunt was less than 15 mins!  20 lbs 11 oz, 1 inch spurs, The beard was dry rotted and only 1.5 inches.  He is already marinated and ready for the grill this evening.
