Title: S. 2009 Handgun Safety and Registration Act.

In the past few months I have received emails and seen posted in forums concerning S 2009 The Handgun Safety and Registration Act of 2000 and like many of you was concerned so I wrote the only member of Congress from WV that I trust  and here is her response.
