I purchased this call last week at a garage sale in Kentucky. This call has W. Dunlap turkey call written on it. The striker was missing. Can anyone help me identify the call maker and where he is from? Thank you.

Hi, Mark!
It would be my guess that a gentleman named W. Dunlap most likely made that call.
I can't say where, but if I can be of further assistance, let me know!
*lol*
Seriously, you may have a rare one there! Hope your summer is going well!

Can't find any references of the call maker, in my library. I'll check around and see what, if any, info I can garner.

Thanks Bill, thanks for your efforts. I knew you would try. Went within 30 miles of your town I think about ten days ago . Started to look you up. If anyone would know, you would about this call.

Bill probably has a couple of 'em buried somewhere under tons of other calls...

Somewhere, I have two very similar but not made by a W. Dunlap. *cheers*
