After blowing up my first blank today then getting whacked by my chuck I stuck it out and got these three turned. I was a bit bored so I did a little stippling on two of them.
Black walnut and African blackwood. Made this one a little longer than I have been, note to self get a longer bit. Middle is mud cured Osage and stabilized pistachio, bottom is wormy apple and cumary.

If you guys don't have one of Tommy's trumpets, I suggest you get one. I just got one from him, they run very easy and sound great. They also look nice too.
