Title: CA Glue
Post by: TRKYHTR on July 21, 2015, 09:25:09 AM
I got some new CA accelerator and it is turning my CA glue white when it dries. Anybody have this problem or know why?

Joe if it is the type that comes in the pump bottle it may have moisture in it. You didn't mention the brand or type of spray that could help us figure it out. I went to the Stick Fast brand aerosol can and it helps keep the glue smoother and it won't pick up moisture from the air.

You might want to get another bottle of it and see it it does the same thing. If so get new glue and test again that way you will know the cause. I love the aerosol it works a lot better and it is available online but shipping is high. Woodcraft sells the Stick Fast brand if one is near you.

it has to do with the PH. of the accelerator.....get a different brand...
