Hey Ice Fishermen,

How about sharing some of your favorite tips 'n tricks?

I'll start:  No grubs or waxworms to tip your panfish jigs.....Try thin slices of dried apple.....It works!

Using a perch eye from one of the perch caught works well. On my tip-ups I add a small silver spinner blade just above leader as an added attractant.

I, too, use that spinner blade trick:  I always have one or two tip ups rigged with a series of three blades and assorted beads....sure seems to attract fish, particularly pickerel!

Believe it, or not....I have never tried a perch eye...but I will.
