Alrighty boys, here's the winners for the contest this year. I've added up and scored all entered birds. Congrats to everyone on some fine turkeys, whether you got them entered in time or not. But it's really not about the kill, I know personally some of my best hunts this year didn't result in a harvest...gotta love chasing those big longbeards. So anyway, here's the winners...
Winning Team - Undertakers (240.875)
Longest Beard- Longbeard56 (12.5 and 9.375)
Longest spurs- ahornberger22 (1.4375 and 1.4626)
Best overall Score - Longbeard56 (72.5)
Bow kill- Nobody (as best as I could tell) entered a bird taken with the bow. If you did and I missed it, please speak up here!
Youth Kill- Again, nobody that I saw entered any youth kills. B-Ready started a thread for them so if you took a
youngster hunting and they were fortunate enough to harvest a bird, please post it there!
If you are one of the winners, please message B-Ready (if he doesnt beat you to it) and send him your address. Again, congrats to everyone that was fortunate enough to harvest a gobbler this spring. If you were not, we all hope you thoroughly enjoyed your time spent afield this spring and I know we are all looking forward to the fall seasons and next spring. I think I speak for everyone on this forum when I say that it gets tiring getting up early and chasing these birds everyday, but the day after the season ends, we already miss it. Congratulations!

Thank You to everyone who donated items for the contest and the folks that put this together and keep tabs on it. I enjoy being a part of it. A bunch of great folks on this site. I sure did enjoy a great season full of awesome memories. Your right about the measurement of a great Turkey season isn't about how many birds we kill. I was blessed on that hunt for that big ole bird to come on in. I'm getting him mounted to extend some respect back to him.

Congrats to the undertakers. And a Big thanks to B-Ready and Austin for all there help in making this contest another success. Like Austin said I miss spring season already, I didn't score but had a very exciting season and learned a lot from those crazy birds. Looking forward to Fall.
