Been trying to get my buddy Billy to hunt in the afternoons with me. I called him today and let him know i was leaving work early. He had a young fella come in that used to be his neighbor in SC. He is 14 and this morning got shook up bad on a longbeard and couldnt shoot. We took him this afternoon and four jakes came running in. He kept his nerve and shot two in one shot. The other two stood there so we told him to keep shooting. He popped a third one. Its legal here to kill all three in a day. Aint every day you get to kill your first, second, and third bird all in one day. The afternoon hunts keep putting meat on the table.
