Title: Austy Bott's work
Post by: Crawdad on March 31, 2015, 04:55:36 PM
Guy's I just had to take the time & give props to Austy Bott. I did some swapping with him & was really impressed by his work. One is a African Blackwood w/ Ivory mp, the other is the one that impressed me the most, it is an adjustable yelper. You guy's will be doing yourselves a favor trying to score one of these. They both sound great, but the adjustable one has many sounds & all are great. Thanks again Austy.(http://i61.tinypic.com/13zsbhg.jpg)(http://i58.tinypic.com/2872493.jpg)(http://i59.tinypic.com/28809aq.jpg)

This is the trade call from Robert, and it sounds as awesome as it looks *ride* *ride*  Robert, I want to thank you publicly for the information that you were willing to share with me and wanted to make sure that you knew just how much I appreciated that help, hence that "surprise".    I'm also glad to hear that you were happy with our trade because I know I sure am.  Great thing about that adjustable call is that you as the caller can adjust it to where you like the sound of the turkey coming out of the call.

Thanks everyone for the positive comments, much appreciated!!

Austy does one heck of a job building his fine yelpers. I own two that are stuffed full of turkey.

Outstanding work, the adjustable trumpet looks nice, what kind of wood is it made from?
