Yes it does.  We hate it but not much that we can do about it.  DNR won't listen.

Bill  sorry I missed you at the breakfast this year, I wanted to get together and talk turkey and meet one of my team members  but time flew by to fast. The breakfast is always a good time. Maybe next year
