PRICE REDUCE $1000
Hello Friends,
I am selling a Charlie Trotter Copper and Sterling Silver Yelper.
This call has turkey tracks engrave on the copper body of the call.
Charlie signed bot pieces of copper with "Trotter 07" The sterling
part has "Sterling" engraved in it. The mouth piece is made of
mastodon ivory. It also comes with a braided leather lanyard. It is
one heck of a call. I did not polish this call because I like the patina
on it. If you wish to polish the call I would use a polish like Flitz, but
make sure you use the non abrasive cream. I have had this call in my
collection and have never had it outside the house. I am asking $1000
or make me an offer for the call. Send me a PM if interested.
Thanks,
Chris K

Awesome call for collectors. It must be a killer, it looks like it was used on a few hunts.

It is an awesome call. It has not been used at all.
What looks like age is the patina of the metals. Both
copper and silver over time loose there shinny appearance
due to the oxidation of the metals. Some people like it
and some don't. I like the look of it but it can be polish up
to its orignal sheen.

Sorry about that, what I saw was the turkey tracks. LOL Time for glasses. I've always been told not to remove the patina from antiques or collectables. I do remove the patina from the .223 casing of my Premar 1917 2nd edition, but it happens to be my favorite hunting call from a good call maker that will alway take time out to talk with you.

I took no offense at all from your comment. Yes, they say not to remove
the patina from collectibles but for me its a personal choice. I wish I had
pictures of the call when I first received it from Charlie. Who knows, I might
yet still polish it and bring it back to its original luster. I have a lot of Ralphs
calls and I love each and every one of them. I even have set number 2 of the
original there sisters. I think I was Porthos hahahaha The newer forth sister of
would be D'Artagnan. This two call set is made of all ivory for the one call and
ivory and Gaboon Ebony for the other. They are beautiful.
