Well, I turned some more of that beautiful old growth Bois de Rose Bill Lyman sent me. The top call has a hen radius bone mouth piece, first time I have used one in this style of call. Love the tone and playabilty so I was very pleased to have finally gotten to it. Thanks Bill for the nudge in this direction! ;D  These calls should see some time in the turkey woods, but don't let the turkey dog sniff that bone...he might take it from you..  ROTFLMBO

Two awesome yelpers that I know are full of turkey Dave but that wing bone call is sooooooooooo sweet. *cheers*

Brian, they are about as identical as I can make them, ever so slight variation.  ;D

Walked out to the mail box today and to my surprise I found a box from Dave. I wasn't expecting anything from Dave so I tore into the box to find the yelper with the wing bone mouth piece. This thing is  soooooo sweeeet and sounds awesome. Dave I can't even come close to saying how much I appreciate this call and yes you need to build more with the wing bone MP it works so well. *up*  Thanx again Dave for such a fine call.

Terry, good luck with her and glad you like her. She should kee-kee well for you and change octaves like an adolescent gobbler.
Bill..I know you weren't expecting that one...and there's a long story behind how it came about...
Anyways...the magic mail box works both ways, and I love the call Bill sent me last spring..it was a perfect match to my trumpet I made for my own use last spring, and a scratch box Bill Henkel sent me (snakewood and cocobolo). Here is a picture of the call (that Bill Lyman sent me), bottom picture is of his call just before I sent it out and the case I made for it.
