BACK IN 2011 I MADE MY FIRST IVORY YELPER, WELL FINALLY MADE ANOTHER ONE, CALL IS 100 % ALL ELEPHANT IVORY, IT MEASURES 8 1/2" IN LENGTH AND CALL RUNS VERY EASY. That is a super nice call.

Someone told me one time that the danger in turning ivory is if you hit a pocket in the ivory (deformity) it will blow the entire thing.  Is that true?  Myth?
