Title: a pair of Wormy Chestnut short boxes

its really bad when ya have the same supplier for years, and then he goes out of business. I have ben looking really hard trying to find good wormy reclaimed 8/4 chestnut. Been holding up a few guys orders as I bought small boxes of different woods trying to find good solid chestnut, seems all I bought was way too soft and tone dead.
Finally got this box and its the right stuff....although its salvaged from a solid barn door, its height only allows me to use it for short boxes, its too short for one siders and longboxes. But, here are the first two out of the batch that's finished up and going to be shipped to two of the guys that have been waiting on me...thanks guys for the patience !!! I like the aged look the wood has ....Hope you guys like them !!
